Students enrolled in an accredited interior design or interior architecture program are eligible to apply for membership.

Requisites:
Application form filled in with seal and stamp of the head of department.

Annual fee:

AED 250

Appellation: Your name, APID student Member

As a student member in the Association of Professional Interior Designers, you will have access to knowledge in the advancements in design practice, knowledge of trends in the industry and a network with peers and professionals AND

• Recognition: The APID student appellation will distinguish you as a member of APID among the professionals whose guidance and mentoring could assist in your education and professional future.

• Education: Through APID organised conferences, workshops and competitions that will help you to discover the latest techniques and practices in design as well as technological advancements in processes and materials. You will also get the opportunity to hear and meet world renowned speakers and interior designers.

• Resources: You will have access to the APID website which gives you updates on project issues and employment opportunities.

• Discounts: Student members will have special discounts to attend APID organised events such as seminars and conferences.

• Scholarships: APID will be offering yearly scholarships to a selected number of students, as and when the sponsoring arrangements are in place.
